Mechanical Designer
1. Complete the mechanical design, cost accounting and other preliminary work of non-standard automation equipment according to the requirements of the proposed plan.
2. Implement the final plan, select and quote the mechanical parts, including pneumatic, electric, and mechanical standard parts, prepare BOM tables and issue material demand orders, track procurement progress, and assist machining manufacturers in optimizing processing quality.
3. Responsible for the assembly, debugging, mechanical performance analysis and optimization of the mechanical part of the equipment, and guide the assembly and debugging of other members of the team.
4. Other matters assigned by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design, more than 3 years of non-standard drawing experience; those who can complete the corresponding project independently are preferred.
2. Proficient in using Auto CAD, Solidworks, and office software;
3. Familiar with mechanical processing technology and understand non-standard mechanical industry specifications; familiar with various pneumatic components and applications, familiar with various motors and their control components and applications.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to analyze and deal with problems, and have strong team spirit and teamwork ability;
5. Be able to endure hardships, work conscientiously and responsibly, and be rigorous and meticulous;
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be motivated, obey the leadership's arrangements, have a certain ability to withstand pressure, and dare to accept challenging job responsibilities.
